The States existed before the Federal Government existed. When the Union was formed, the States were independent and above all Sovereign. They had their own State Contitutions, laws,Religion and ways of life. However, over the years a little by little Congress has usurped the Constitutional power of the States and made them almost subservient to the absolute power of the Federal Government and ,of course, the Federal Courts by passing unconstitutional legislations making almost any State offense a Federal "crime" and with the help of the co-conspirators in the United State Supreme Court and all the Federal Courts all these laws have been made legal. RELIGION OPPRESSION. The Federal Government is preventing the free exercise of Religion by the people of the different States . Amendment 1 which clearly says that Congress doesn't have any power over the establishment of a Religion or prohibiting the free exercise of it by others has been re-interpreted as giving the Federal Courts the power to regulate Religions and limiting their practice. The article is very clear and we don't need any Court to interpret it:' Congress shall make no laws regarding an establishment of religion ( Congress or the Federal Government) cannot establish a Religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof :. The article doesn't say that the States cannot establish their own Religion. They already had their own Religion before they joined the unholy Union. Therefore Congress or the Federal Courts have no jurisdiction over Religion and its practices by State officials or citizens in the different States. OPPRESSIVE LAWS
