People's Militia
|
| |
To the members of the United States Congress.
Please be advised that the U.S. Congress and or the States have NO Constitutional authority to pass laws relating to the possession of Firearms by the people of the different States as the Second Amendment(Amendment2) makes every person, the people,a member of the "People's Militia" within each State with the "right" to "Keep and bear Arms".
The Amendment, once more, says: " A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the RIGHT of the people to keep and bear Arms,SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED". (No qualifications or exclusion are mentioned)
It says a Militia being necessary and the RIGHT of the people.
It says the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE.It does not say a privilege of the people.Furthermore,at the end of Second Amendment there is NO CLAUSE authorizing the U.S. Congress and or the STATES to pass legislation enforcing the provision of this Amendment.
The Second Amendment doesn't say:" Congress or Congress and the States ,or the States shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation" as we can see in other articles where such power was granted.
There is no such power, expressed/enumerated or implied at the end of Amendment2. NONE AT ALL.
As for a "Well regulated Militia" this is a People's Militia regulated and coordinated by the people within the different States according to their best way to get together and be ready to defend the State in case of need.
This Amendment gives every person this undisputed right to be armed,to "Keep and bear Arms, without exclusion regardless of a member prior arrests or criminal background.
NOTE: The People's Militia" authorized under Amendment 2 (Second Amendment) IS NOT the State Militia authorized by Article 1,Section 8 of the Constitution which can be called upon by the President and regulated by Congress for the purpose of, as the Constitution says:" To execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel Invasions".
The People's Militia described in Amendment 2 of the Constitution is a People's Militia independent from any Government oversight, created for the security of the State. Not for the security of the Union, not to suppress insurrections, not to repel invasions.
Please refer to: U.S. Constitution-Article 1,Section8;Article 3,Section3;Article 4,Section 3;Amendment 13,Section2; Amendment 14,Section 5;Amendment 15,Section 2; Amendment 16; Amendment 18,Section 2; Amendment 20,Section 2&4;Amendment 22,Section 2;Amendment 23, Section 2;Amendment 24, Section 2; Amendment 26,Section 2.
These articles contain specific powers granted to the U.S. Congress and or the States.
In the Second Amendment NO POWERS WERE GIVEN TO THE U.S. CONGRESS OR THE STATES TO " ENFORCE THIS ARTICLE BY APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION".
WE DON'T NEED NO U.S." CRIMINAL" SUPREME COURT OR ANY FEDERAL COURTS TO INTERPRET THIS ACT. THERE IS NO DELEGATION OF POWERS IN THIS ARTICLE. ALL THE POWERS WERE LEFT TO THE PEOPLE OF THE DIFFERENT STATES.
THE PASSAGE OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT AND ALL THE OTHER AMENDMENTS WAS TO FURTHER LIMIT THE POWER OF CONGRESS AND TO GRANT MORE POWERS TO THE PEOPLE.
Some people in the Judiciary claim that this article is no longer applicable now as many police enforcement duties have been taken over by regular modern Police Forces.
The fact is that Amendment 2 was never repealed and it's the law of the land and must be respected by our legislators and the Courts whether they like it or not.
Instead the Courts are convicting people to years in jail because of unconstitutionally passed inhumane and oppressive
laws.
These are not the principles upon which this great Country was built. Our elected traitors in Congress and State Houses and the Courts should be ashamed for betraying the Constitution and the Will of the People.
We are not bound by these inhumane and cruel man made laws. Our only obligation is to faithfully support the U.S. Constitution and nothing else.
We owe no obedience to Statutes which dehumanize and oppress us.

"A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government. "
