OPPRESSIVE,INHUMAN,STONE-AGE LAWS IN THE USA

There are laws, Federal and State laws which are inhuman, evil and very oppressive ...yes in the so-called land of the "free". In the State of North Carolina if a person doesn't return a book to the library it's called "Felony" and he or she ,if convicted, looses most of the civil rights for life!!!!!!. For life!!!!! In the State of New York if a person drives a car with a license that has been suspended more than ten (10) times, that person gets charged of a "Felony" with the resulting loss of civil rights for life : that is he or she cannot possess a firearm for life as the Federal Government has passed unconstitutional laws, which prohibit possession of any firearm, even for hunting, by these people even though they have no right to pass such laws. In Virgina a teacher who had a valid firearm carry permit entered her school where she was a teacher with her gun in her handbag and she was arrested and charged of a "Felony" She forgot that she had the gun with her. Normally she would have left it in her car before entering the school but that time she forgot about it. Injustice! She was convicted. No mercy! Now she cannot teach anymore and cannot find a job and of course she cannot possess a firearm otherwise she faces between 5 and 15 years in jail if she gets caught by the Federals. If she gets caught by the local Police she may get up to about two (2) years in jail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Unbelievable ! If she wants to open a store and sell Beer she cannot even do that as this business in the USA is regulated by State authorities and such convictions preclude anyone from selling Beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOES THE PUNISHMENT FIT THE CRIME? AND WE ARE NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT VIOLENT CONVICTIONS HERE! AND THIS PUNISHMENT IS NOT LIMITED TO CRIMES DENOMINATED AS " FELONIES' IT APPLIES ALSO MISDEMEANORS WHICH MAY CARRY A POSSIBLE SENTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE YEAR IN JAIL, REGARDLESS IF THE JUDGE ACTUALLY IMPOSES A JAIL SENTENCE AT ALL OR GIVES ONE DAY IN JAIL OR THIRTY DAYS OR IMPOSES PROBATION. OF COURSE,IF THIS TEACHER WANTED TO CHANGE CAREER AND BECOME A LAWYER, OR A MEDICAL DOCTOR OR A REAL ESTATE AGENT AND A NUMBER OF OTHER PROFESSIONS OR BECOMING A NURSE SHE CANNOT EVEN DO THAT. SHE WILL NOT GET A LICENSE!!!!!!!!!!! AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL, THINK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!???????????? In another instance of oppression , a young officer in the U.S. Military fell in love with a woman soldier in his own unit. He was arrested and charged of a "Felony". (Felony is a British colonial relic). Under military laws he was barred from fraternizing. Now he cannot become a Police Officer, a career he wanted to pursue upon discharge from the military. In addition he got a dishonorable discharge!!!!!!!!! This is cruelty!!!!!!!!!!! In many State shoplifting for an amount of $100 -$150 of merchandise is classified as a "Felony" with the resulting of lifetime loss of civil rights. In some cases if it's a State crime a person can apply for a Certificate of Relief of Disabilities and years later an expungement may be obtained under certain circumstances.But if it's considered a Federal crime there is NO relief. The disenfranchisement is for life unless the President grants a Pardon which in the USA it's almost impossible. The US Judicial system is not like the European one with frequent pardons and commutations. The system in the USA is for extreme and unjust punishments. Anyway, in Europe there are no such cruel punishments which make no sense and have no logic. THEN WE HAVE THE LATEST ADDITION OF ABUSE OF POWER IS THE LAW INTRODUCED BY U.S.SENATOR LAUTHEMBERG OF NEW JERSEY AND PASSED LONG AGO WHICH PROHIBITS ANY PERSON CONVICTED OF MISDEMEANOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OF EVER POSSESSING A FIREARM FOR LIFE. EVERYTHING IS FOR LIFE HERE. THE FACT IS THIS SO-CALLED "DOMESTIC VIOLENCE" CAN BE AS LOW AS THROWING A BOOK,OR A CHAIR OR PUSHING YOUR WIFE,HUSBAND ASIDE. IF IT HAPPENS ON THE OUTSIDE IT MAYBE BE A NOTHING BUT IF IT HAPPENS IN YOUR HOUSE THE LAUTHEMBERG GUY WILL GET YOU. THIS LAUTHEMBERG SHOULD HAVE ENTERED A NURSING HOME LONG, LONG AGO BUT SOMEHOW HE WAS RECYCLED,RESURRECTED FROM THE DEATH AND WON BACK ANOTHER TERM. LOOKS LIKE VOTERS APPROVE THE ACTIONS OF THEIR OWN OPPRESSORS. THE RE-ELECTION OF THIS SKUNK IN THE U.S. SENATE IS PROOF THAT VOTERS HAVE NOT LEARNED THE LESSON. THEY KEEP THE SAME SKUNKS IN POWER! What about the Amendment 2? (or Second Amendment) Does Congress have power to pass firearms laws within a State? The answer is no, but they do it anyway! The Second Amendment says: "A Militia being necessary"...and "the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED". Additionally, at the end of the Second Amendment there is NO enumerated power given to the U.S. Congress nor the States. The Amendment doesn't say: Congress or Congress and the States or the States shall have power to enforce this act by appropriate legislation". There is no such power given to both, the Congress and the States as we can see in all the other articles in the Constitution where the right to enforce them by passing legislation was given. Therefore it's clear that our founding fathers wanted to give that right only to the people of the different States and not to the Federal and State Governments. The new ruling by the infamous United States Supreme Court about the 2nd Amendment means nothing.It's a political ruling. It's doesn't have anything to do with interpreting the real meaning of the 2nd Amendment. They have not yet leaned that there are two cited Militias in the U.S. Constitution: one is the one in Article 1,Section 8 and the other is the one of Amendment 2 which cannot be regulated by neither the States nor Congress. Shame om them. ************************************************************************************ All these action by Congress are not even supported by Amendment 10 which states:" All those powers NOT granted to Congress nor denied to the States belong to the States and the PEOPLE "!!But the U.S. Congress,the U.S. Supreme Courts and all the Federal Courts don't give a damn about the Constitution and the People. They interpret the Constitution as they please and make laws as they please! Good Government isn't it? ************************************************************************************** Thousands upon thousands of people are arrested routinely and jailed for things that do not require any arrest or jailing. This Government exist only for cruel punishment and not for serving the welfare of the people through which they get they power and abuse it! Here you get 25 years in jail for bank frauds, tax frauds or other "white-collar" violations. These are non-violent crimes. Yet you get less than that, at times, for murder. In addition the Federal and State Government trick defendants using their " holding power" to make them crack under and make defendants more willing to Guilty Pleas in order to get a so-called more lenient sentence or probation when in fact they may not be guilty of anything. All this in violation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights (Amendment to the U.S. Constitution) which expressly says that every defendant has to go through a Judicial Trial and be Judged by a Jury of his or her peers. Twice this non-waiveable Right is given in the Constitution, yet Prosecutors and Judges manipulate defendants into accepting a lesser sentence in exchange for a Guilty or no contest plea... The fact is that most defendants cannot afford competent Lawyers who can tell them not to do this . Basically in most cases defendants are led to believe that unless they plead guilty they will end up in jail for a very long time which is not true in many cases. Tricking a defendant into a so-called "plea-bargaining" is unconstitutional and an illegal practice and those Prosecutors who engage in this twisting of justice should be arrested themselves for denying the Constitutional Right to a Jury trial. And this is done all the time in every Court. Many young people are arrested for possessing pot or some pills and good-bye all the civil rights for life! Our founding fathers wrote a prohibition against Cruel punishment and it's in the U.S. Constitution but our evil legislators have trashed that article of the Constitution. It's time to kick our oppressors out. In the State of Maine a 71-year old man applied for a firearm clearance and did not get it because in 1943 he cashed a phony check for the amount of,read this!, three dollars, yes $3! This is tyranny! Yet there are millions of third world people who have entered the United States of America without being invited and they use fake Social Security Cards or have obtained them with fake papers, fake Birth Certificates, fake immigration papers, (green Cards), have entered into sham, fake marriages and claimed fake Political Asylum, and the Federal Government knows about it but they are rewarded with amnesties, which are Pardons, and none of them gets charged of Felonies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. In fact years ago when President Reagan signed the other amnesty for more than three millions of Mexican and other undesirable people , the Federal Government, that is the U.S. Senators,Congressmen/women encouraged all those illegals to come forward and register even if they had being working (or stealing, or selling drugs,or in gangs,who knows?) under assumed names and even if they had used fake ID immigration cards or Birth certificates or fake SS numbers. Yes, none of them was charged of a Felony! Yet, if we do only one of those things we get charged of a Felony by "our" Government! Unbelievable! And what about all the lies of former President Bill Clinton and all the perjuries under oath. Was he ever convicted? No! Those people in the Courts felt that it was ok!.The IRONY IS THAT THE U.S. CONGRESS RULED THAT PRESIDENT CLINTON HAD NOT EVEN COMMITTED A MISDEMEANOR WHICH WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR IMPEACHMENT.HE ABUSED WOMEN,LIED AND LIED UNDER OATH BUT WAS NOT CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!...but it's not ok for the rest of the population! And Clinton before he left office Pardoned all his millionare friends and a couple of others just to show that he cared about the little guys too.Bull!!!!!!!!!!! ...and do you remember when he appeared in a TV program to ask for forgiveness? What did he say?. That's what he said:"I believe in a God a second chance". Good liar!!! The fact is that he wanted a second chance only for himself and he got it but he seldom gave it to millions of others who deserved more than him and had done much less than he did. Presidents have abused the Pardon power. They only Pardon a very few people. Therefore Congress has to change all the Felony statutes so there will be no need for Presidential Pardons for people who have already served their sentence especially in non-violent cases. We also are of the opinion that people who have been judged to be violent must be under Police watch and if they commit violent crimes they should be kept in jail for very,very long time or for life to protect the rest of our society. There are too many violent people left to go by our Courts without just punishment or released on technicalities even when there is no doubt about their guilt. If a Judge sentence a defendant to 2 years in jail or gives probation that's the sentence and no more. He or she cannot have a lifetime sentence in addition to what was already given by the Court. This is tyranny and under the Constitution we have the right to remove this oppressive government!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A REPUBLIC-THIS IS OPPRESSION.
